Under new ownership and nestled in the heart of Alaska’s interior, Lazy Moose RV Park offers a peaceful, scenic, secluded stay just off the Richardson Highway. Located near Harding and Birch Lakes and the Chena River State Recreation Area, this campground is a favorite for wildlife watchers, photographers and travelers looking to enjoy Alaska’s quiet beauty. And if you are traveling on your motorcycle or bicycle, we have plenty of tent space for you!

If you will be arriving late, just give us a call to let us know!
We are open from the beginning of May until mid September, although this is subject to change. Call ahead for availability if you plan to arrive in Alaska before May 1st. Be sure to ask about winter camping!
